NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: land at Culverhay Cherry Tree Road and White Horse Road, Cricklade, Wiltshire, SN6 6EP
I give notice that Green Square Group are applying to Wiltshire Council for demolition of 65 properties of mostly PRC construction and the development of 109 new properties in their place; with associated improvements to landscaping, highways and service infrastructure to the red line site and the wider estate
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Wiltshire Council at Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
