WHAT’S IT LIKE?
The pub prides itself on serving local real ales and beef, veal, pork and occasionally lamb reared at Helen Browning’s Organic, Eastbrook Farm. It also sources all ingredients and products locally including milk from Berkeley Farm. At the right time of year patrons can enjoy one of the magazines, newspapers or book available to borrow by a roaring fire.
WHO GOES THERE?
The Royal Oak has become a community hub in the village over the years. Only eight miles from Swindon, it has built a strong reputation in the town. The pub also has en-suite rooms for guests.

A large glass or house red wine is £6 (175ml) and a small glass is between £4.50 and £5. A large glass of house white is £5.50. A small glass is £4.50.
