Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire is giving home hunters a never-to-be-repeated chance to buy a new property with £5,000 taken off the asking price.

On August 18 and 19 the housebuilder will apply a one-off £5,000 discount to a selection of 38 new homes at 10 developments across the region. The unmissable offers are open to anyone but will only be available for two days.

The £5,000 discount will apply to selected homes at Morland Gardens in Abingdon, Windrush Meadows in Bicester, Audley Gardens in Chesterton, Longcot View in Shrivenham, Alder View in Harwell, The Carriages in Chinnor, Greenfields @ Ridgeway Farm in Swindon, Longford Park in Banbury, Castle Grange in Banbury, and Great Western Park in Didcot (including Brunel Rise, Poppy Fields, Sapphire Fields, Northbourne View, St Andrew's Court and Emerald Quarter).

Danielle Heard, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire, said: “We know that it can be tough to afford the home of your dreams and we wanted to do something special for homebuyers in our region. We hope that by giving a £5,000 discount on a range of plots, from starter homes to larger family properties, we can help people find a home they might not otherwise have been able to secure.

“We’re expecting a lot of interest on the 18th and 19th of August, so I would encourage anyone who is interested in taking advantage of this one-off discount to register their interest now so they are among the first to receive updates on the event. Be quick - once they’re gone, they’re gone.”

Among the homes included in the offer are the three-bedroom Gosford at Brunel Rise in Great Western Park, Didcot, at £315,000, and the four-bedroom Shelford at Windrush Meadows in Bicester, at £470,000.
