George Ezra has cancelled his show in Swindon.
The singer was meant to be performing on Friday, November 16 at the Oasis, but organisers have said that due to a scheduling conflict, he has had to pull out and tickets will not be going on sale for this tour date.
Online tickets have already been taken off with the link showing "event not found".
Fan Jenni Hay from Farringdon, pre-ordered his CD for early access so she could watch him at the Oasis.
“I bought the cd purely to get early access for the concert. I’m very frustrated he's not coming to Swindon, I wouldn't have pre-ordered the CD otherwise," she said.
“There was no statement on his social media and only a very small note on the email with the pre-order code on. I was expecting a proper explanation and apology.”
Tickets for other tour dates and venues are still available. Residents of Swindon have tweeted about the news.
Where's the Swindon date for @george_ezra tour? You've been advertising it the whole time, I bought the CD purely for early access and I'm very disappointed!

Thought it was too good to be true that @george_ezra was coming to sunny Swindon. Pre-ordered Cd and now it’s been cancelled 😪
