A CHARITY night in aid of homeless charity Threshold has raised more than £500.
The concert at Lawn Community Centre last month, organised by Wendy Cole, saw End of The Track, a 12-strong group, perform acoustic ‘60s music Cher Sawyer-Smith of Threshold said: “Times are challenging for us as a charity and we have over 700 single homeless people a year to support, shelter and advise,” she said.
“This support and donation is very welcome.
“Our thanks to Wendy and The End Of The Track for the time they have given and of course everyone attended evening.”
