A MAN who ran a company while an undischarged bankrupt has been warned he could face a jail term.
Geoffrey Tapsell was disqualified from forming a company between April 2009 and November 2010 when he was involved in GKT Securities.
And the 55-year-old also used the name GKT Securities between the end of August 2008 and November 2010, when it was prohibited, under the Insolvency Act.
Tapsell, of Capesthorne Drive, Haydon Wick, admitted both charges when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, November 30 to allow the probation service time to compile a pre-sentence report and released him on bail.
