TWO cars crashed on the roundabout at the County Road junction with Manchester Road this morning.
Police and ambulance were called just before 11am after reports that a Mercedes and a Ford had collided.
A South Western Ambulance Service spokesman said a 47-year-old woman was taken to Great Western Hospital as a precaution.
Traffic was said to be moving very slowly in the area but has now returned to normal.
