A 52-year-old man must pay £20 to victim services after pleading guilty to threatening harm to himself and others.
Michael Cryan, of Somerville Road, in Swindon, has been given a six-month conditional discharge after admitting that on December 7 he said that he was going to go out and stab people and also blow up a block of flats by pulling up the gas mains.
