Three men involved in the trade of cocaine have been told they are facing jail terms.

Benjamin Buck, Dylan Crane and Lewis Gordon all pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply a class A drug when they appeared at Swindon Crown Court. But they will have to wait until the trial of three other defendants has taken place before they can learn their fate.

Buck, 28, Crane, 19 and Gordon, 25, all admitted their roles in the trade in the drug between June 19 and September 21 last year.

Judge Tim Mousley QC released Buck, of Frobisher Drive, Walcot, and Crane, of Baydon Close, Moredon, on bail. Gordon, formerly of Baydon Close, was remanded in custody as he has been recalled to prison on a previous sentence. Adjourning their case until after the trial he told them “You must expect immediate custodial sentences.”

The men were arrested after police seized a consignment of the drug on September 20 last year. Prosecutors say that a kilogram of the substance, worth up to £100,000, was being delivered to the Moredon area.

Three others have pleaded not guilty to the conspiracy charge and have been released on conditional bail until June 4.
