A man of 21 has been sent for trail at Swindon Crown Court facing five charges of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

Wesley Maciel, also known as Wesley Souza, of Tennyson Street, is accused of carrying out the assaults on July 8 last year. He is due to appear before a judge on March 2.

Driving without a licence, not insurance and no MOT cost Robert Kill a £415 bill from Swindon Magistrates Court.

Kill, aged 27, of Inglesham Road, was caught driving a T-registration VW Golf in The Bungalows on September 18.

The case against him was proved and he was banned from driving for 12 months.

He was fined a total of £300 with court costs of £85 and a £30 contribution to victim services added.

Swindon Magistrates ordered Morgan Sheppard to pay more than £1,000 and banned him from the roads for two years for driving a Ford Fiesta in Bryony Way on September 13 without insurance or a licence.

The case against Sheppard, aged 24, of Castleton Road, Middeleaze, was proved.

The bench fined him a total of £990 and added prosecution costs of £85 as well as a £77 contribution towards victim services.

Three men have been sent to Swindon Crown Court for trial charged with conspiring to supply cannabis in Swindon.

Benjamin Danso-Obeng, aged 26 of Handel Street, Nikolai Snitynski, aged 27 and Zack Snitynski, 25, both of Fire Fly Avenue have all been granted conditional bail until the hearing on March 2.

Danso-Obeng is also accused of being in possession of more than £6,000 in cash on November 4 and £235 on November 9, while Nikolai Snitynski faces a second charge of possessing £1,290 in cash.
