A 42-year-old who had been accused of raping a woman has walked free from court after being cleared of the charge.
Steven Tucker, of Barnham Court, Rodbourne, had been said to have carried out the attack on a Sunday in May 2016.
But following a trial at Swindon Crown Court a jury of nine women and three men found him not guilty.
He had stood trial on the same charge last year but that jury was unable to reach a verdict.
