A police-issued e-fit of a man who followed a girl in Lady Lane
A GIRL of 14 took to her heels and ran after a man started following her as she walked in North Swindon.
The teenager carried on running until she got to a friend’s house where she was met by police who had been alerted.
She told officers she was close to Lady Lane and Bridlewood School when the unknown man in his 40s began tailing her. As she started to run away he shouted: “Come here now!”
But she ignored him and fled. Although shaken by the experience, she was not hurt.
Police have now released an e-fit image of a man they want to talk to in connection with the incident on February 21.
