A LIVE-IN care provider which supports Wiltshire residents has received a Good CQC rating.

Inspectors who visited Promedica24 judged the service to be safe, effective, caring and responsive.

As part of the process, inspectors questioned clients and their families to find out what they thought of their care.

They found that people were happy with the care they received and felt that safe care was being provided.

Client comments included: “They are definitely kind and always ask politely what I want.”

“I am very happy, my needs are being met.”

“My care is very kind and very, very willing”

Families of those being cared for also commented: “They are kind, helpful and very experienced carers and also wonderful companions.”

The report noted that staff were “well trained and had the skills and knowledge to meet people’s needs” and that the provider had “a strong person-centred culture throughout the organisation that valued everyone as unique individuals.”
