Time to grime and shine with some popping, roboting, locking, lyrical hip hop-ing and all things street dance, as Britain’s Got Talent finalists Flawless breakdance into Swindon.

Set up in 2005 by choreographer Marlon Wallen and Amelia Benoit, the troupe scooped the National UK Street Dancing Championships (Street Dance XXL) and the following year performed on CBBC talent show The Slammer.

Marlon was originally a dancer with Kruel Intentions, some of whose members went on to form Diversity, the dance group who competed in the third series of Britain’s Got Talent at the same time as Flawless. They were both pipped to the post by the singer Susan Boyle.

Joining Marlon, aka Swoosh, in the troupe are: Christian Bounce Alozie, Paul Steady Steadman, Nathan Neo Gordon, Allan Boogie Kabeja, Leory FX Dos Santos, Paul Breakz Samuels, Nathan Oddey Kabongo.

Chase The Dream Tour gave Flawless a big hit around the country and a DVD of the show was filmed.

Flawless appeared in the 2010 film StreetDance 3D and its 2012 sequel StreetDance 2 along with Diversity. They played the rival lead role of The Surge, who in the film are named as one of the best UK dance groups.

In 2012 Flawless collaborated with Kylie Minogue at the Diamond Jubilee Concert for Elizabeth II and the same year they were guests on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.

They have just completed a world tour with their feel good family show that is as much acrobatic as dance with the message that team work makes the dream work.

The story of the show is about the journey of ten dancers who have big dreams of performing on board the Intergalactic Dream Ship.

The passengers soon realise that with every dream there is also stark reality and dreams can turn to nightmares.

The dancers have to battle their way home to save their sanity or for ever be trapped in the Realm of Dreams.

Flawless Chase The Dream The Reboot is on Tuesday, September 11 at 7.30pm in the Wyvern Theatre, Swindon. Tickets are £28.50 from 01793 524481 or visit www.swindontheatres.co.,uk - Flicky Harrison
