STUDENTS of a performing arts group have finished their big move to a new home.
Revolution Performing Arts’ Rapport class of 11-to-16-year-olds has moved from Swindon Academy to Great Western Academy.
The new academy officially opened on Wednesday and has been built to accommodate pupils in and around the Tadpole Garden Village development.
Fiona Da Silva-Adams created the performing arts studio back in 2007.
She said: “I'm so excited to be back this week with my wonderful secondary school group.
"We're the first group in the new building.
"I'm sure we'll have a great time at our new home."
The regular sessions on Thursday evenings from 7pm comprise of dancing, singing and drama.
The groups also perform shows throughout the year that give pupils a chance to show off what they've learned.
Revolution Performing Arts is supported by public funding from Arts Council England
