A GCSE pupil has thanked Bruck Payne Associates for boosting her confidence after she went to the company's career pop-up stand.

The business consultancy and training centre, based in Royal Wootton Bassett, invited local directors to the stand to give pupils struggling the chance to figure out their options on finding the right career for them.

One of the company's initiatives, Inspiring Minds, offers bespoke one-to-one sessions which help them understand how they learn and the most suitable kinds of jobs to match their personality.

Maisie Green, from Royal Wotton Bassett Academy, wrote to the company about the impact it had on her.

“Thanks to Rachael at Bruck Payne Associates, I feel much more confident starting my A levels. I was uncertain after my GCSEs which subjects I should focus on," she said.

“Following the online questionnaire, I had a session with Rachael where she helped me recognise my strengths and stretches. She was able to discuss career options I’d not considered before and got me think about long-term plans.

"I hope to have a future session after my A levels to support my decisions about my next steps. Thank you for making it all see ma bit less daunting."
