A THIEF admitted stealing groceries from a Swindon store.
Roger Moore, from the Isle of Wight, stole goods worth £266.86 from an Aldi store on July 24.
The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to theft. By admitting the offence at Swindon Magistrates’ Court, he also breached an earlier conditional discharge sentence made by Isle of Wight magistrates in June.
Moore, of West Hill Road, Ryde, must carry out 20 rehabilitation activity days.
He must also pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
