A PINEHURST man is alleged to have robbed an octogenarian of his pension.
Sean Little, 29, of Willows Avenue, is accused of targeting an 86-year-old on Victoria Road, where he had just collected the £600 pension.
Appearing before Swindon Magistrates’ Court, Little entered no plea to charges of robbery, assault and criminal damage.
Magistrates remanded him in custody for a plea hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday, October 26.
Little admitted a further two charges of stealing alcohol from Cooperative and Morrisons stores in Swindon last month.
He will be sentenced for those shoplifting offences on Wednesday when he faces other theft matters at the magistrates’ court.
