Silk Road, a new piece of theatre presented by Agudo Dance Company, is winding its way to Swindon Dance on Friday, October 19 at the Town Hall Studios, Regent Circus, from 7.30pm. Choreographed by Jose Agudo, Silk Road is the story of pilgrims, monks and traders and urban dwellers who made their way from China to the Iberian Peninsula. Jose Agudo began as a flamenco dancer before training in contemporary and Kathak dance and this is his first full length production drawing these influences together. It sees Agudo collaborating with renowned dance artist Mavin Khoo. There is also a post show chat where the audience can meet the dancers.
