Swindon-based web and graphics design agency GEL Studios is in the running to become Ecommerce Developer of the Year at the 2018 Digital Entrepreneur Awards.
The company, based in Gemini House, North Swindon, provides website and graphic design to businesses across the South West.
It is the second time it has been shortlisted for an award at the DEAs, the only national awards dedicated to digital entrepreneurs and innovation across the UK, beating off competition from hundreds of businesses across 20 award categories.
Graeme Leighfield, founder and managing director of GEL Studios, said: “We’re thrilled to be nominated for such a prestigious award. Ecommerce is a rapidly expanding, competitive market and this demonstrates we’re ahead of the game when it comes to working in the tech field.
“This is the second time we’ve been nominated in these awards – in 2017 we were thrilled to be named winners of the Web Development Project of the Year for our work on The Lost Cinema project.”
The awards for 2018 will take place in Manchester at The Principle Hotel, Manchester on Thursday November 22.
