THE owners of a Trowbridge takeaway are delighted to be in the running for a top regional award once again.
For the fourth year in succession, Nacho Cheese in Union Street has been nominated for the British Takeaway Awards.
The Mexican takeaway was the South West regional winner in last year’s competition.
Owners Lorraine Priestley, 47, and her partner Adie Willis, 50, are delighted to be in the running for an award once again.
Lorraine said: “It’s absolutely brilliant and business is booming.
“We’ve got a really good team here, the staff are lovely, and we’ve got good customers.
“We focus on gluten-free and dairy-free meals; everything is cooked fresh on the premises.
“We offer vegan and vegetarian options and were recently given a healthy eating award by Wiltshire Council.”
The British Takeaway Awards will be presented at The Savoy Hotel in London on Monday, November 12.
Former BBC2 Dragon’s Den star Sarah Willingham and Just Eat UK Managing Director Graham Corfield are on the judging panel to choose the winners.
