A SUSPECTED drug dealer has been charged following the stabbing on Clifton Street.
Mohammed Yunus Ali, 24, of Gladstone Street, has been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs. He appeared before Salisbury Magistrates' Court this morning and has been remanded in custody. He is due before Swindon Crown Court on November 30.
Two more men arrested after Clifton Street 'machete fight'
In the wake of Saturday night's fight on Clifton Street, which resulted in a 15-year-old boy being stabbed in the chest, Ali was also arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Two other men, aged 20 and 24, have been arrested in relation to the fight. Eyewitnesses described seeing a machete left in the road following the brawl.
