COURT: Magistrates handed Daniel Moss a 12-week jail sentence suspended for two years after he breached a restraining order, drove while twice the alcohol limit and used threatening behaviour towards two people.
Moss, 32, of Winchester Close, Stratton, admitted the charges, along with breaching a community order imposed two months ago for common assault and criminal damage.
The Swindon bench banned him from the roads for 20 months, fined him £400 and told him he must pay £115 towards victim services.
COURT: Keith McConnell found himself with a £188 bill when he pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis.
Swindon magistrates heard the 58-year-old of Whitbourne Avenue was asked by traffic police to give the specimen on May 16.
He was banned from driving for a year and fined £73 with a contribution of £30 towards victim service and £85 prosecution costs.
