Oh What A Night! an evening of music will showcase the students of Everybody Sing, under the direction of Sophie Haynes, musical director and principal of the school.

The students will be accompanied by Geoff Walters, one of Swindon’s best known names in music circles.

Everybody Sing, hosted the auditions for the hit ITV show The Voice, and offers a wide curriculum, with everything from musical theatre and glee clubs to piano forte, tap dancing, and even corporate activity days.

The school has increases significantly from around 200 students to more than 500. Sophie has sung in many performances of Bill Kenwright’s touring production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and A Tribute to Abba plus various other shows and private performances. Whilst living in Ireland, Sophie took part in various productions and pantomines. She reached the quarter finals of the All Ireland singing competition and was the chosen soloist for Elaine Paige on her visit to Ireland. More recently Sophie has sung and performed as a backing singer to her brother, Rob Richings, who is a singer/song writer.

The annual show takes place on Saturday, November 17, at Swindon’s Wyvern Theatre, Theatre Square, Swindon. Tickets are £16 concessions £14 from 01793 524481.
