Fans of roads, transport and parking will in be heaven if they go to the council offices in Euclid Street next week.
The borough council's place and communities overview and scrutiny committee will be discussing three matters, all to do with roads.
One agenda item is a presentation on parking on pavements and verges in the town. At the moment the government is considering whether to make parking a car half on the footway an offence- it is currently only illegal in London.
A second presentation will concern pothole repairs, always important to both motorists and cyclists. Swindon Borough Council was told it was to receive another £1.25 million from a national fund of £48m to fix holes in the roads.
The third item will be an update on the £5.3m works on Greenbridge Roundabout.
The committee's meeting starts at 6pm on Wednesday December 12 at the civic offices. Members of the public may attend.
