AN Urchfont resident who makes handmade cards from the work of local artists will be selling them at the village church's annual Christmas market at the weekend.
Anne Brunden of St Michael's Close makes the cards at the home and sells them on to raise money for Urchfont Church.
She said: "These cards are handmade from the designs of local artists and photographers who help raise funds for the church.
"These cards are unique and you won't find them anywhere else.
"The cost of printing and production is low so that a very high percentage is profit.
"If any other village wants to do something similar, I would be happy to help. There are amateur artists and photographers in every village and it gives them the chance to sow off their work.
The cards will be on sale at Urchfront Church at the Christmas market on Saturday (December 15) from 3-5pm. The cards are priced at £1 each or six for £4.
