PUPILS performed in front of their proud parents and teachers at Brookfield Primary School.
After creating their costumes and rehearsing all their lines, youngsters from each year group dressed up as shepherds, wise men, animals, angels, and Joseph and Mary for the school’s traditional nativity play.
The story involved a sleepy shepherd missing Jesus’ birth and an angel showing him what he’d slept through.
The pupils will finish the last of their three performances this morning.
Early years teacher Susan Foggin said: “Everyone really enjoyed it, the Year 1 and 2 pupils narrated the story really well and all the parents were very happy with it.”
