A SHRIVENHAM man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a three-month-old boy.
Paul Rich, 52, of Sandy Lane, Shrivenham, is accused of murdering Patrick Bradley in March last year.
Police were called to an address on Thresher Drive on March 25, 2017, after a baby was taken to Great Western Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died a week later in hospital in Bristol.
Rich appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court last Wednesday and was remanded into custody following a Bail Act hearing at Bristol Crown Court on Friday.
He is expected to appear before Bristol Crown Court for a plea hearing on January 25.
