COURT: A Pinehurst woman admitted breaching a restraining order against a man.
Jacqueline McKee, 49, of Pinehurst Road, shouted at the victim in Swindon on May 26 and verbally communicated with him on June 5.
She was given a community order with a six-month mental health treatment requirement.
McKee must also pay £40 in costs plus £85 to victim services.
COURT: A 30-year-old Swindon man who admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order has been given a suspended sentence.
Aaron Lee, 30, of Dalton Close in Walcot, was originally given the order as punishment for two assault by beating offences.
He has been given a four-week prison sentence that is suspended for 12 months due to his wilful and persistent failure to comply with a community order of 120 hours unpaid work and a rehab activity requirement.
Lee must also pay £60 in costs.
COURT: Jason Shepperd, 32, of Spring Close in Swindon must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work after pleading guilty to using threatening words or behaviour against a man and a woman at Chippenham Railway Station on March 15.
The community order he was given also includes a rehab activity requirement.
Shepperd must also pay £40 in costs plus £85 to victim services.
COURT: Terry Burberry, 37, of Westrop in Highworth must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work after pleading guilty to assaulting a woman in Calne on October 14. He must pay £250 compensation, £85 costs and £85 to victim services.
