POLICE seized an air pistol, cannabis, cash and flash designer clothing as they raided a town centre home.

Two 16-year-old boys were arrested for drugs offences as police visited the house on Dixon Street.

Det Sgt Alex Spargo of the community tasking team based at Gablecross Police Station, said: “This was a successful operation targeting the supply of class B drugs in our communities and as a result, we have made two arrests, and seized a number of items of interest.

"This includes a large amount of designer clothing, believed to have been purchased through proceeds of crime."

Wiltshire Police found a large amount of cannabis, hundreds of pounds-worth of cannabis, knives, a hammer and an air gun at the town centre home.

Officers also seized designer clothing worth thousands of pounds in the raid.

Two Swindon boys, 16, were arrested. One was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class B drugs, the other on suspicion of being in possession of class B drugs.

"We would encourage anyone who suspects drug activity in their area, to contact police on 101 so we can take appropriate action.”
