A GORSE Hill man who repeatedly breached the terms of a restraining order was jailed.
Aaron Lee, 31, of Malvern Road, was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment after admitting to five counts of breaching a restraining order banning him from contacting a woman.
Swindon Magistrates’ Court heard Lee had first broken his restraining order two weeks after it was made by the court.
Jailing him, chairman of the bench Mrs Agius said: “The first breach was made very shortly after the order was made and you have a history of breaching court orders.”
The restraining order against him was extended for a further year. “I don’t need to warn you what will happen if you breach that order,” she said.
Lee must pay a £115 victim surcharge.
