A JOBS roadshow to recruit local care workers will be stopping off in Purton on Friday January 25.
The Jobs in Care Roadshow, hosted by First City Nursing, alongside Wiltshire Council and local charities, is aiming to recruit 50 care support workers in Wiltshire.
Candidates can hop on the information bus, parked by Purton Village Hall, to see available roles.
Stephen Trowbridge, managing director of First City Nursing and Care said: “We’re looking for people with a passion to help others who want to consider a career in care.
“The care industry is a very rewarding one and to see our customers make progress every day gives us a lot of satisfaction.
“The visits our care staff make are the highlight of their day and you know you’re making a real difference to someone’s lives by helping them achieve their goals, which could be as simple as making a cup of tea on their own.
The bus will be in the Purton Village Hall car park from 10am until 4.30pm.
