Class 5R from Corsham Primary were awarded an Oscar for being leaders in digital technology
COMMUNITY stars are being sought for the Corsham Community Awards 2019 as nominations open.
Nominations are open until March 1. The awards will be presented at the Annual Town Meeting on April 11 and will honour the many volunteers and leaders in Corsham striving to make the town a better place.
A variety of awards will be given out for people in sports, arts, youth, neighbourhood, environment and more.
Speaking during the full town council, chair Steve Abbott said: “Now is the time to think about the people who best serve our community and in a variety of ways."
Nomination forms can be picked up from the Town Hall, and must be returned by March 1.
