AN ICE cream store is celebrating this week after its former apprentice tasted diploma sucess.
Former make-up artist Claire Brice, a supervisor at Rays Ice Cream's Royal Wootton Bassett store, passed her City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in customer service.
The 22-year-old said: “I left school in 2012 and went on to get a diploma in media makeup from Swindon College.
"I love working at Rays, particularly spending time with the customers so getting this qualification in something I love is fantastic."
Studying for the qualification took 18 months of web-based work. Rays owner Hadi Brooks said: "I'm delighted for Claire and I'm delighted for the business."
