As work progresses on a major new industrial park in South Swindon, its first new tenant has been announced.
A huge new warehouse is going up rapidly on land behind Hindle Way in Dorcan, as part of the Ignition Swindon development.
The marketing material for the site says, when it is completed it will offer 24 acres providing 20,000 to 400,000 square feet of "prime industrial and warehouse units".
And now Canmoor Property, which is acting as an agent for the site has announced the first tenants.
Distribution company DHL have agreed to rent 80,000 square feet of warehouse space for the next 15 years, according to a tweet by the company: "We are pleased to announce the prelet of 80,000 sqft to DHL for 15 years at Ignition, Swindon!
