Singer/songwriter Henry Bateman is playing hide and seek as he launches his new album next week.
Henry and his band have won the attention of singer and BBC presenter Johnny Coppin.
Johnny said: “They are a wonderful new band with sweeping soundscapes and insightful songs, together with glorious guitar playing and arrangements.”
Henry performed at a summer concert in St Mary's Church in Fairford last June. It was such a success he decided to put on An Evening With the Henry Bateman Band there to launch the new album Hide & Seek on Saturday, February 23 from 7.30pm.
Henry moved to Leeds to study at the Leeds College of Music three years ago and names his influences as Peter Gabriel and Neil Finn.
Henry's band have been notching up some prestigious gigs during the last year including support slots for Joey Landreth and Sam Brookes.
