The story of Steve Tilston's lost letter from John Lennon inspired the Hollywood movie Danny Collins, starring Al Pacino.
The celebrated singer/songwriter is performing at the Marlborough Folk-Roots concert on Saturday, February16 from 8pm at St Mary’s Church Hall, Silverless Street, Marlborough.
He will be accompanied by Hugh Bradley on double bass. Steve made a guest appearance on TV's Later With Jools Holland programme and the BBC Four Songwriters’ Circle series, plus he won a folk award for the best original song with The Reckoning.
The singer's latest album, Distant Days, was released last year and he will be singing songs from the new project when he comes to Marlborough.
