AN ACCIDENT on the A419 caused six-mile tailbacks up to the Blunsdon bypass.
The road southbound on Marlborough Road was partially blocked, one lane was closed, and travel time in the area increased to around 45 minutes.
The crash happened between the White Hart Roundabout and the Commonhead interchange on Purley Road at around 7.15am today.
