Forget La La Land, put your feet up sit back and enjoy a bit of Ha Ha Time with Andrew Bird.

The comedian recently supported Michael McIntyre on the UK leg of his Big World Tour, including the O2 and Wembley.

He is starting out on his own13-date tour of the UK and Ireland and stoops off in Swindon's Arts Centre on Thursday, March 7.

Andrew, who is currently doing the warm-up for the new series of All Round to Mrs Brown’s, has enlisted the help of the show's stars to promote his tour in a series of video clips recorded in character.

Andrew said: “I’m pretty excited about doing my own tour. I played to over half a million people supporting Michael McIntyre so everyone kept telling me to do my own tour, don’t leave me hanging now! I’ve been working on loads of new material so it’s time to get out there, hope to see you along the way.”

As well as his own tour, Andrew has been busy supporting the legendary American comedian Brian Regan whose recent Netflix series was produced by Jerry Seinfeld. He has also been in demand for support slots with Dara O'Brien, Romesh Ranganathan, Rhod Gilbert and Rob Brydon.

He writes for TV shows 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Jon Richardson’s Ultimate Worrier, and Lee Mack’s Duck Quacks Don’t Echo and is a regular guest on BBC Radio’s The Rhod Gilbert Show.

Andrew has declared his tour a Brexit-free zone. Tickets to see him at the Old Town theatre tonight from 8pm are £14.50 on 01793 528144 or visit www.swindontheatres.co.uk
