BRIGHTER Futures will clean up when a giant multi-coloured bubble bath arrives in Swindon this summer.

Bubble rush, a 5k run, will create sea of foam for runners who will make their way to coloured bubble stations.

Unlike a regular race, the event is not timed and there will be no time limit to complete it.

A spokeswoman at Extreme Adventure said: “ We are organising this race in 40 different locations across the UK and we are really happy to come to Swindon. Everyone can take part in and participants don’t have to run, they can walk. It’s very successful because it’s accessible.”

There is no age limit and the event on June 15 is free for children under the age of three. For every ticket purchased, participants will receive an official Bubble Rush T-shirt.

Catherine Newman, Head of Fundraising at Brighter Futures said: “ Extreme Adventure was looking for a charity and we applied. We are happy they’ve chosen us. It’s really exciting for the town. The money raised will certainly make a big different for our charity.

“Over 600 people already signed, but we are aiming for more. The whole team will be there and hopefully, we will also take part in the 5k run as it looks really exciting.”
