Oliver Fry says The Goddard Arms has a good gin collection! The Goddard Arms is an old converted coaching inn where horse-drawn coaches used to change horses en-route to their next destination. The hotel is next door to the beautiful 50-acre Lawns Park which was once the estate of the Goddard family and where the name of our hotel comes from. The inn organised burger nights and grill nights as well as a chance to try something different with their weekend specials. There is a Table menu offering a varied range of dishes to suit all tastes, freshly prepared and cooked to order. The historic pub welcome regulars and passers by alike for a daytime coffee, a lunchtime snack, after work drink or evening meal with friends and family.
