THREE men have appeared before magistrates charged with kidnap.
The trio entered no pleas to the charge and are due before the crown court late next month.
The three men are Joshua Bird, 21, of Dydale Road, Antonio Rhoden, 18, of Abbey View Road, Moredon, and Keafer Rutland, 22, of Kingston Road, Wimbledon.
They are alleged to have kidnapped their male victim on June 5 last year.
The common law offence is indictable only, meaning it can only be heard at the crown court and not by magistrates.
Each of the men have also been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm on the same date as the alleged kidnap.
Swindon magistrates awarded the men unconditional bail.
They are due to appear before Swindon Crown Court on April 26.
