Whether you want something more structured or a relaxed, various egg hunts around Swindon this weekend will provide for all your Easter chocolate needs.

1) The Great Lydiard Park Easter Trail 20 April 2019 – 22nd April 2019.

10:00am to 4:00pm £5 per child.

This renown trail begins at the Coach House Activity Centre, and will explore round the lakes, woodlands and lawns of the park. Search for clues hidden around the park to win an Easter surprise!

2) Egg Hunt at The Royal Oak, Bishopstone 21 April 2019.

10:30am to1:00pm.

200 organic chocolate mini eggs will be hidden at the nearby Eastbrook Farm with a trailer ride to the site.

3) The Prospect Hospice Easter Trail 21 April 2019.

10:00am to 1:00pm £5 per child, adults and under 1’s go free.

Work your way around the trail finding colourful eggs designed by Primary schools across Swindon and the surrounding areas. There will also be an Easter quiz. All children who complete the course win a Prospect Hospice goody bag, including a chocolate Easter egg.

4) Egg Hunt at Cricklade House Hotel 19th April – 22nd April 2019.

Children can explore the hotel's grounds in a treasure hunt left by the Easter Bunny. A special Easter Sunday Roast will also be available for customers in the restaurant.

5) Egg Hunt at St Augustine’s Church Sunday 21 April 2019.


A Festive Family Service followed by an Egg Hunt, for those who want to get back to the original meaning of Easter celebrations.
