Here's the latest on Swindon's roads...
Traffic is already slow on the A419 southbound at Junction 15. On the approach to the M4 from the A346 at Chiseldon traffic is easing.
At the Moonrakers Roundabout, Upper Stratton, traffic is busy but moving.
Further afield, it is slow along the A361 at Burford Bridge after a traffic light failure and drivers are queueing along the A40 and B4044 through Eynsham.
On the trains, delays are expected to services between Chippenham and Swindon are expected until around 9am. It is after a safety inspection of the track. Trains towards Chippenham may be delayed by up to 10 minutes.
Between Didcot Parkway and Reading, services are just getting back up to normal. The London mainline had been hit earlier this morning by a fault in the signalling system.
