FREE screenings for prostate cancer are being held in Highworth tomorrow by a charity set up in memory of Kevin Logan.

Mr Logan died aged 57 two years after being diagnosed with prostate cancer and his family have since hosted free screenings around Wiltshire to help other men get tested before it's too late.

The screening is just a simple blood test and will be carried out in the Highworth Lions Church Room on Vicarage Lane in Highworth on Saturday from 10.30am to 1pm. Results are overseen by a team of urologists who send results on green, amber or red letters which indicate the amount of prostate-specific antigen is in the blood. High PSA levels tend to indicate that there is a problem with a person's prostate.
