TRAFFIC: Queues already building on the A419
THERE is the usual congestion on the A419 southbound at Junction 15 of the M4. Travel time is four minutes.
Traffic is busy but moving at the Moonrakers roundabout in Upper Stratton.
And it is busy, but moving, along Gipsy Lane / Bridge End Road.
There are currently no reported delays on the railway through Swindon.
