OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT:

MARK LEAH HENDRON, 32, of Parkside, Marcham, admitted stealing two bottles of vodka from Waitrose, Wallingford, on February 8 as well as breaching a suspended sentence. He was jailed for four weeks, suspended for 12 months, and must pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

SEBASTIAN TOBIAS NICHOLAS BROCK, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing Gucci aftershave valued at £110 from Debenhams Stores, Banbury on January 9. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

SAUL DAVID CHAND, 19, of Frederick Road, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cocaine and cannabis on April 12 at Oxford. He was fined a total of £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

AMIR HAMZA, 28, of Ridgefield Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of vodka valued at £25.50 from Tesco, Cowley Road, on April 12. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £45.

LEANNE HURT, 30, of Gordon Marshall Close, Witney, admitted assaulting a police officer at Witney on April 10. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ADRIAN HUGH DOHERTY, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing three types of men’s fragrance valued at £147.40 from Debenhams Stores, Oxford, on April 12. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £40.

ALINNE CARDOSO GUIMARAES, 32, of Whitelands Way, Bicester, admitted theft by employee by stealing £3,443.90 from Tommy Hilfiger, Bicester, between May 21 and August 21. She was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation of £1,500.

BARTOSZ KRYZYSZTOF BANACHOWSKI, 35, of no fixed abode, admitted sexually assaulting a woman at Park End Street, Oxford, on May 13. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay compensation of £200 and sign the sex offenders register for seven years.

ANGELA CAROLINE JONES, 51, of Paradise Street, Oxford, was convicted of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 20 at Speedwell Street, Oxford. She was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100.

CAROLINE WALLS, 43, of Linnet Close, Oxford, admitted stealing fragrances valued at £431.50 from John Lewis, Oxford, on January 19 as well as fragrances valued at £145 from John Lewis, Oxford, on September 16 as well as breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. She was jailed for a total of 28 weeks and must pay compensation of £100.

JONATHAN CHRISTOPHER, 31, of Hazel Crescent, Kidlington, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on April 12 at Long Lane, Oxford, as well as possession of a quantity of cannabis. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for nine months.

ARTUR CIBINSKI, 43, of Miller Close, Upper Heyford, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone in Hithercroft Road, Wallingford, on August 1. Fined £72, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

SUNIL DAUDHAR, 20, of Bulan Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 80mph in a 50mph zone on the A40, Northern Bypass in Oxford, on December 22. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 14 days.

CHARLES CRANFIELD FRAMPTON, 42, of Road Through New Town, Little Compton, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone on the A44, Worcester Road, Chipping Norton, on August 7. Fined £236, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

MATTHEW OJ, 50, of Wood Farm Road, Headington, admitted speeding at 48mph in a 30mph zone in Botley Road, Oxford, on June 25. Fined £80. Six penalty points.

DAVID WHITE, 63, of Northcourt Road, Abingdon, admitted speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone in Wootton Road, Abingdon, on August 2. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

SIMONE CAROLINE FLETCHER, 53, of The Oaks, Carterton, admitted speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on July 14. Fined £381, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

SIMON PEACHEY, 30, of Hailey Crescent, Chipping Norton, admitted drink driving on the A40 at Witney on April 12. Had 56mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

ROGER JAMES CROOKS, 45, of no fixed address, admitted fraud by false representation by trying to purchase alcohol with a contactless payment card belonging to a woman on five separate occasions in Oxford on March 18. A community order was made and he must attend drug rehabilitation treatment for 20 days, must pay compensation of £115.34.

DANIEL VALENTIN MANDRESCU, 22, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted failing to stop at the scene of an accident in which a woman was injured, failing to report a road accident, driving without a licence, driving without insurance, using a vehicle with a tyre tread of less than 1mm, using a vehicle with the tyre cord exposed and driving without due care and attention in Iffley Road, Oxford, on March 11. Sentenced to 10 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, must pay £300 compensation, a £115 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

STAR SHAW, 27, of North Manor, Garsington, admitted stealing food worth £52.60 from Aldi in Horspath Driftway, Headington, on March 15. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

MIHAIL NICORA, 26, of Ashdene Road, Bicester, admitted driving while disqualified on the A34 northbound at Kidlington on March 29. A community order was made and he must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
