CREATIVE youngsters can safely explore the great outdoors in a play group at the Richard Jefferies Museum next week.
Children aged five or under who join the Nature Tots group will get the chance to play in the museum's extensive gardens, meet the friendly chickens who rove around them, and try hot drinks and delicious cakes from the cafe.
The drop-in all-weather indoor and outdoor playgroup will also offer different arts and crafts activities and storytelling sessions to celebrate Children's Art Week.
The sessions cost £3 for the first child in each family and £2 for each additional child - pay on the day.
They will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 10.30am to 12pm.
Families can stay and play in the garden after the group ends.
