PROSPECT Hospice is looking for twinkle-toed couples to go head-to-head with others in a Strictly Come Dancing-style contest.

Previous ballroom experience is not needed because lessons will be provided and the full celebrity hair and make-up treatment will be given on the night.

Corporate fundraiser Lisa Curtis said: “We are really buzzing for this event! There has already been lots of interest and excitement is building. I am 100 per cent certain there are 24 people across the town who want to get a bit of Strictly in their lives."

Dancers could team up with friends or a colleague to be in with a chance to win the Prospect Does Strictly trophy at the grand finale on November 13.

Registration is £35 per person and the minimum sponsorship needed is £300 per person. "This is a great opportunity to unleash your competitive side and have fun while raising funds for Prospect Hospice," said Lisa.
