THE Bassett Means Business Expo returns later this year.

Following the success of the inaugural event on 2018, the expo and business-to-business networking event will return to Bowman House Business Centre on Friday September 27.

A spokesman for the expo said: "The expo is a great opportunity for small and medium sized organisations to demonstrate the products, services and skills. The feedback from last year's exhibitors has been incorporated into the plans for this year's event and the expo will be a platform for the local business community to show the variety, depth and quality that is available."

Last year, more than 40 local exhibitors filled the hall to give smaller companies the chance to network, get their products and services out there, and hear a free business seminar.

Visitors can attend this year's expo for free from 9am to 12pm but must register beforehand as only 75 spaces are currently available.

Exhibitors can book a one-metre-by-one-metre space to set up a pop-up banner and small table for £25, or £30 for a space with an electric socket.
